new client process
Step One
Email, phone, or online form; you’ve reached out and decided to get more information about our services. Let us know the basics about your dog including their age, size, and temperament. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours and get the ball rolling.
Step Two
Meeting a dog in their home environment is the best way to get to know them. After reaching out to us, Jenny will meet you and your dog in person for a consultation and evaluation. We have questions, you may have questions as well. We’ll get them answered together! Check our FAQ for more details about the consultation questions we ask.
Step Three
Choosing a pack with care is what we do best. After the evaluation, we introduce your dog to their new walking friends who are similar in size and sure to be good friends. Over a trial period of 1-2 weeks, we assess your dog’s behavior and change up group dynamics as needed.
